Albert Foundry would like to welcome 2 new signings to the club in the form of Samuel McCaw and Thompson Harrison. Samuel was playing for Knocbreda before sigining for the Foundry while Thompson was playing for Suffolk. Samuel and Thompson will add some height to the squad as well some great footballing ability. Both of the 2 new lads are well known to the club as well as each other from their playing days with the Linfield youth set up were they played along side each other.

'Bomber' McFarland Appointed New Boss

Foundry player Stuart 'Bomber' McFarland (pictured above left) has recently taking over second team affairs from Jim 'Tosser' Anderson who left the club at the start of the second team's season. Stuart has settled in very well and has got off to a flying start with the team scoring 10 goals in their last 2 games.

Stuart has also had the backing of all of the players from first team right through to the second team and also the first team manager Glenn Dunlop (pictured above right). He has recieved some much needed help in the form of Derek Owens, 'Wee' Walter Brown and Gareth 'Syd' Wilson.

Good luck to Stuart and the whole second team mangement for the rest of the season long may the good run continue.
